We’ve used only the finest CNC aluminum reel seat, stainless stripping and snake foot guides and a tactical rubber cork handle that provides a very positive grip.
• CNC Machined Aluminum Fly Reel – Each 4-pc fly combo comes complete with a perfectly matched, size 3/4, 5/6 or 7/8, CNC machined aluminum fly reel featuring light-weight design and a graphite disc drag. The reel is pre-spooled with 20 lb. dacron fly line backing and Propel weight-forward floating fly line. These combos are ready to fish as soon as you take it out of its case.
• Storage/ Travel Case Included – To make storage and travel easy and to protect your beautiful new fly rod, we’ve included a protective travel case with the American flag printed on the case and the Anglers of Honor logo embroidered in silver. The travel case allows you to store and transport the rod with the reel on the handle for quick use when you arrive.
• Support Our Wounded Veterans – We designed this combo as a gift to our wounded veterans as they work toward their recovery with the Anglers of Honor team. The true story about the KastKing Anglers of Honor Fly Combo is so much more than just an excellent quality fly rod and reel. Certainly, it is that and even more, but the real story here is about our American hero’s that have sacrificed so much so that all of us can enjoy our lives and experience the outdoors in freedom.

KastKing has stepped up and created a beautiful 4-pc fly fishing combo that will be given to recovering veterans that have experienced serious spinal cord injuries, TBI or are affected by PTSD. As part of their on-going recovery, Anglers of Honor provides fly fishing classes, experienced mentors and a world class fly-fishing destination in Colorado that has proven to help in their recovery. In the beginning, we simply wanted to be part of this effort by helping to provide an incredible fly-fishing rod & reel to the Anglers of Honor team. However, there were so many requests from anglers across the country for these combos, we decided to make them available to everyone at an incredible spend. In addition, KastKing will be donating a portion of our sales right back to Anglers of Honor to keep their efforts going forward so they can reach even more well-deserved veterans who can benefit from this program.

The KastKing Anglers of Honor Combo comes in 4 sizes – 7’6” 3 wt, 8’6” 4 wt, 9’ 5 wt, 9’ 6 wt or a powerful 9’ 8 wt. Each Fly combo includes an incredible CNC machined aluminum fly reel with disc drag that is pre-loaded with BackKast Fly Line backing and Propel WF floating fly line. We’ve even included a beautiful travel case that allows the rod to be carried or stored with the reel in place for quick access when you reach your destination. If you already have a reel, the rods are also available separately.
